MontessoriTrac: ISP
This version requires internet access and provides your school with unlimited access and users. Redrock Software will host your MontessoriTrac on our server, eliminating equipment costs and maintenance. Unlimited teachers and administrators can access your schools data via their own web browser. Parents can access information about their child if permitted by school policy. The MontessoriTrac software you access will always be the latest version and no maintenance/upgrade plans will be necessary.
This Service Plan is $99 for the initial set-up and monthly access charges are based on the number of students as follows:
1-20 students: $2.00 per student per month
21 - 30 students: $1.75 per student per month
31 - 50 students: $1.50 per student per month
51- 99 students: $1.25 per student per month
100+ students: $1.00 per student per month
Annual Maintenance/Upgrade Subscriptions (required for first year)

As a member of our support program, your school will receive priority responses and service to all inquiries. Your center will receive MontessoriTrac upgrades training and technical support with these packages.
Silver Package: $149 per year, includes six technical support incidents and one online training session. One software upgrade will be included. Additional technical support incidents are $20 each. Upgrades will be priced individually as they occur and are not included with this package.
Gold Package: $219 per year, includes two sessions of online training, software upgrades and bug fixes during subscription year, and 12 incidents of technical support.
Platinum Package: $399 per year, includes unlimited online training, software upgrades and bug fixes during subscription year, and unlimited technical support.
Forms of Payment and Shipping
Redrock Software accepts purchase orders, checks, money orders and all major credit cards. Monthly fees for MontessoriTrac: ISP require prior credit card authorization. Shipping is free for all MontessoriTrac products. Sales tax is charged only for schools in Arizona.
